Plain Doric style half column with narrow style fluted barrel & tall, plain column base.  This Orac decor column features a plain square Doric top and is ideal for simpler period properties such as Georgian or Edwardian.  Our columns are widely used by interior designers, builders and architects for both residential and commercial projects.

The barrel of this column is straight from top to bottom and can be cut down to achieve required height. The base can also be cut to suit requirements.

This range of half columns can be used to cover an existing steel or wooden beam.  Please contact us for guidance if you need to wrap the columns around a structure.

DESIGN IDEA –This style of column is a design classic and look fantastic in large entrance hallways.  Install against a wall and use below a supporting beam or build an archway above the top of columns. For a grander look in a large space, use along with the full version.  This is a common feature in some of the larger, Victorian style, London townhouses.
